One day, five points of view

Whoever you are in this story, you leave further ahead.

Diabesity touches the person living with it, the family around them, the friend postponing a test, the doctor treating it and the institutions funding the fight. The expo is designed for all five.

Self

You live with diabetes or obesity

You arriveManaging mostly alone between appointments, with questions that never fit into a ten minute consult.

You leave with

A free full-body check in hand, answers from specialists at no fee, tools you tried yourself, and a clear next step for the year ahead.

Other

You care for someone who does

You arriveWorried, cooking every meal with doubt, doing your best without training.

You leave with

The skills of a caregiver: checking feet at home, spotting a sugar crash, fixing the kitchen. And your own screening done, because risk runs in families.

Observer

You keep postponing the test

You arriveHealthy, as far as you know. Thirty something, desk job, a parent with diabetes, never tested.

You leave with

Your numbers, known for the first time, what they actually mean, and exactly what to change so this never becomes your disease.

Clinician

You practise medicine

You arriveFrom a packed OPD, short on time to keep up with the GLP-1 and CGM era.

You leave with

An accredited CME morning, practical updates you can use on Monday, and a room full of peers who treat what you treat.

Institution

You lead a brand, CSR desk or institution

You arriveWith a mandate: reach, leads, or verified public health impact.

You leave with

2,000+ health-intent visitors met face to face, qualified leads, an audited impact report, and your name on the city's flagship World Diabetes Day event. Exhibit or sponsor.

The day itself

Everything that helps, under one roof.

Free full-body screenings

Blood sugar, blood pressure, BMI and more, free for every visitor. Advanced tests at subsidised rates on site. Reports in your hand.

Straight answers from specialists

Talks in simple language on obesity, diabetic foot, vaccination and what is real about reversal. Ask anything, no consult fee.

Hands-on workshops

Foot care you can do at home, reading a CGM, plate planning for an Indian kitchen, and recognising emergencies early.

The solutions expo

CGMs and glucometers, healthy foods, diabetes apps, footwear, fitness and insurance. Try before you decide, with no pressure.

Doctor CME track

An accredited morning scientific program for 250+ clinicians, so the city's doctors leave sharper too.

A family day out

Free entry for the whole household, a healthy food court, and programming that welcomes parents, partners and kids.

Track record

Delivered twice. Now institutionalised.

Questions

Before you come

Is entry really free?

Yes. Register for a Free Entry Pass and walk in. Paid passes only add convenience: reserved screening slots, seating and extras. Nobody is turned away.

Which tests are free, and should I come fasting?

Blood sugar, blood pressure and BMI are free for every visitor, with advanced tests subsidised on site. A random (non-fasting) sugar check works for screening, so come as you are. If you want a fasting test, come before eating and get screened first.

Can I bring my parents and children?

Please do. The expo is built as a family day, and the Family Pass covers up to four people with priority benefits. Risk runs in families, so bring the people you share meals with.

Are paid passes refundable?

Yes, fully refundable until 31 October 2026. Refunds are processed to the original payment method through Razorpay. See the refund policy in the footer.

I am a doctor. What is the CME track?

An accredited morning scientific program for clinicians, running before the public expo opens. Registration details will be announced; meanwhile write to oratorkhizer@gmail.com.

I want a stall or a sponsorship.
